Welcome, deep thinkers and feelers
Hi, I’m Erin — a registered psychotherapist (qualifying), certified holistic nutritionist, and former copywriter.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been curious about what shapes people — the relationships they form, the patterns they repeat, the emotions they carry, and the stories they tell themselves. As a quiet observer, I am naturally drawn to understand what’s happening beneath the surface: our unspoken beliefs, internal conflicts, and subtle dynamics that influence how we show up in the world.
Now, I get to support individuals, couples, and partners in understanding themselves more fully, breaking old patterns, and moving toward a greater sense of wholeness.
My background in holistic nutrition informs the way I think about stress, regulation, and wellness — recognizing that mental and emotional health are deeply connected to the body.
This slice of the internet is where this all comes together: grounded, personalized care for people who are ready to explore what’s beneath the surface with clarity and honesty.
You don’t need to be in crisis to be in therapy.
Maybe you’ve already done some CBT, listened to podcasts, or read the books — and still feel like something’s missing. You’re not alone. And that’s where our work begins
Many of my clients come in doing okay on the outside — but internally, they’re exhausted, anxious, disconnected, or emotionally stuck.
My approach is collaborative and practical. I draw from psychodynamic therapy, emotional focused therapy (EFT), parts work, nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and holistic nutrition — adapting each session to meet your unique needs.
I work best with clients who are ready to slow down and get curious — even if things feel messy or unclear at first.
I won’t rush your process, and I don’t believe in quick fixes. What I offer is space: space to slow down, reflect, and move forward with more self-understanding and self-trust.
About Me
I value growth, honesty, and clarity — and believe in making space for what’s real, even when it’s uncomfortable.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent years as a copywriter, helping people find language for complex ideas and emotions. That work taught me how to really listen — not just to what’s said, but to what’s left unsaid. It deepened my curiosity about how we build identity, meaning, and story, all of which now shape my approach to therapy.
My training in holistic nutrition adds another layer to this work. Drawing on this knowledge, I support clients in learning about the connection between food, mood, and nervous system regulation — especially during times of stress, transition, or healing. I believe that true wellness embraces mind, body, and emotion together.
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), my goal is to bring all these perspectives together to meet you where you are, offering personalized, sustainable support.
Outside of work, I’m a quiet observer by nature — maybe that comes from growing up on a farm, where there was space to notice the small things. These days, you’ll often find me wandering Toronto’s east end, listening to podcasts, or playing barefoot — whether on the beach, in the yoga studio, or cooking in my kitchen.
