Whole-person care for modern mental health
A holistic approach to therapy and healing
Life today is complicated. Between constant change, stress, technology, and the pressures of modern life, we can all use some support.
If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck in the same patterns and arguments, or struggling with relationships and life transitions, it's easy to feel lost or unsettled.
That's where our work begins.
I offer virtual and in-person therapy for individuals, couples, and partners who want to learn, heal, and grow.
My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative. Together, we’ll focus on what’s beneath the surface so you can create real, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.
Using trauma-informed and attachment-based approaches alongside my background in holistic nutrition, I help you recognize and release the stress and emotional patterns that may be holding you back.
With methods like EMDR, parts work, and EFT, we work with both what you feel in your mind and what you carry in your body.
I bring warmth, humour, and genuine care to our time together, meeting you exactly where you are.
If you’re longing for a more authentic, steady way of being — with yourself or with others — I’m here to walk alongside you.
Let’s get to work.

What to expect
-
I use a collaborative, non-judgemental approach that draws from evidence-based therapy and holistic practices.
Our work might include talk therapy, body awareness, nervous system support, EMDR, parts work, and practical strategies for everyday life.
We’ll move at your pace. You don’t need to have everything figured out — just a willingness to explore what’s going on and what might help.
-
In EMDR therapy, you’ll be guided step-by-step in a safe, supportive environment. Each session is tailored to your pace, needs, and comfort. You are always in control, and we can slow down or pause whenever needed.
In the early sessions, we’ll focus on gathering your history, completing assessments, and building grounding tools to help you stay regulated during and between sessions.
During EMDR processing, you’ll focus on a specific memory while using bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements or tapping). Many people notice the emotional intensity naturally decreases, and new insights emerge.
The goal is to reduce the emotional weight of past experiences so they no longer hold power over your present.
-
Relationships can feel confusing and painful when communication breaks down or old patterns take over.
I work with people who want to understand their partner(s) better, rebuild trust, and learn new ways of relating that actually work.
You don’t need to be on the brink of breaking up to benefit from therapy. Sometimes, you just need a space to slow down, get clear, and reconnect.
-
What we eat affects how we feel — that’s not a trend, it’s physiology.
If you're interested, we can look at how food, blood sugar, gut health, and lifestyle habits might be impacting your mood, focus, or emotional regulation.
This is never about restriction — it’s about support.
Curious if we’re a good fit? Let’s connect.
I offer a free 15-minute consultation so you can ask questions, share what’s bringing you in, and see if we’re a good fit to work together. No pressure — just a chance to connect.
The quality of your relationships determines the quality of your life.
